Here at Heritage Mazda Catonsville, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 is getting all the buzz. This new SUV, which is now available in our Mazda showroom, boasts a stunning combination of fuel efficiency, go-anywhere capability, innovative safety features, and head-turning style. Some people in the industry are comparing the 2020 Mazda CX-30 with cars like the Subaru Crosstrek. While they are certainly both SUVs, the Mazda vehicle stands head and shoulders above its rivals. Here is a brief overview of the two competitors.

2020 Mazda CX-30

The 2020 Mazda CX-30 is a small crossover SUV that is packed with a Skyactiv®-G 2.5-liter engine that is good for 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. Available i-Activ AWD® helps drivers hit the road confidently in any conditions, on any type of surface. It uses innovative technology that helps predict traction loss and sends torque to the tires that can use it best. On the interior, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 boasts available Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration through the 8.8-inch wide center screen, which is operated using the multifunction Commander controller.

2020 Subaru Crossstrek

Drivers shopping for the 2020 Mazda CX-30 may also notice the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. While the Subaru Crosstrek has a similar body style, it does not stack up when it comes to horsepower and torque. The standard four-cylinder engine cranks out just 152 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. There are a few standard safety features, but the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek does not come with standard lane departure warning, driver attention alert, and lane-keep assist features that the 2020 Mazda CX-30 does in its i-Activsense® suite.

See why the 2020 Mazda CX-30 blows the competition away by giving it a test drive here at Heritage Mazda Catonsville serving Ellicott City, MD.
