When you want a spirited, spacious, and stylish vehicle, a Mazda SUV is perfect for the job. The 2025 Mazda CX-70 and 2024 Mazda CX-90 are both excellent choices. We’re highlighting each option at Heritage Mazda Catonsville to help you choose a favorite.

Comfortable Cabins

The Mazda CX-70 and Mazda CX-90 are similarly sized midsize SUVs. However, the Mazda CX-70 features a two-row cabin, which seats five passengers comfortably. The Mazda CX-90 can seat six, seven, or eight, depending on the configuration you choose. They are both available with thoughtful amenities such as heated and ventilated seats and a heated steering wheel.

Versatile Space

Since the Mazda CX-90 has three rows of seating, it only has 15.9 cubic feet of cargo space, as opposed to 39.6 in the Mazda CX-70. However, when the rear seats are down, the cargo space in the SUVs is nearly identical. The Mazda CX-90 can store up to 40.1 cubic feet of cargo with the second row down, but all of their rear seats flat, they can each carry just over 75 cubic feet of cargo.

Distinct Trim Levels

The Mazda CX-90 has eight distinct trim levels, while the Mazda CX-70 only has five. Even with less options, the Mazda CX-70 has some key distinctions you won’t see in the Mazda CX-90.

Select models of the 2025 Mazda CX-70 are available with red Nappa leather and each model includes Alexa Built-in. They also each come standard with a 12.3-inch full-color center display, which is only available in select Mazda CX-90 models.
